GCK低压抽出式开关相，是一种用标准模件由工厂蛆装的组合式低压成套 开关设备，分为动力中心柜(PC)、电动机控制中心柜(MCC)和功率因数自动 补偿柜。

本开关柜符合IEC60439-1《低压成套开关设备和控制设备》、GB7251.1《低 压成套开关设备和控制设备》等标准。

GC K Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a complete switch gear assembled with modules in the factory. They are divided into power center switchgear(PC), motor control center switchgear (MCC)and power factor autocompensating switchgear. 本装置的结构是组合装配式的，其柜架由薄钢板采用特殊工艺重压成形的直 柱，横档' 特殊箱角、连接件、门和各种安装板全部用螺钉紧固连接而成。该种 结构免除了焊接变形和应力。框架外形尺寸和零部件外形尺寸及开孔尺寸是按模 数M=20mm变化的。零部件通用性高、适应性强，整个框架挺直并具有足够的机 械强度。柜架分为母线室、电缆室、组件室三个部分。

柜架后半部为母线室和电缆室，柜后中部安装水平母线，柜底安装N线和 PE线均通过高强度绝缘夹固定在相架上，出线端已用母线引出，所以用户接电 缆十分方便，柜架前半部均为组件室。

The switchgear is of a combination structure. The cubicle consists of columns, crossbars, special pyramdal joints, connecting parts, doors and various mounting plates, which are punched with steel sheets by means of a special techno-logy and fixed each other by screws. This kind of structure prevents the deformation and stress caused by welding. The overall dimensions for the cubicle and its components and all the opening dimensions are in terms of M of 20mm. (M refersto "module" ). The components have a high generalityandadaptability and the whole cubicle has enough michanical strength. The cubicle is divided into three parts: busbar compartment,cable compartment and assem bly com part ment.

The busbar compartment and cable compartment are in the rear part of the cubicle, in the middle of which are mounted horizontal busbars and on the bottom are fixed N line and PE line through high-strength insulating clips. The coulets have their busbars withdrawn for the convenience of cable connection. The assembly compartment is in the front of the cubicle.
